Prior to your stay
Reservations, changes & cancellations
Good to know: booking through our website is always cheaper than through an online booking agent. Keep an eye on our newsletter for offers, promotions and discount codes.
Would you like to change your reservation? Check if your booking conditions allow it. If you have booked directly with us, we will take care of it right away. If you have made a reservation with an online booking agent, please contact them.
Do you want more flexibility? Then book our rebooking guarantee! This allows you to change your reservation to another period free of charge within the cancellation period up to one day before arrival. You pay € 15.00 per night for this.
* In case of rebooking to a more expensive period, we will charge the additional price.
* It is not possible to reserve the rebooking guarantee in combination with the non-refundable rate.
Your dog is also welcome at Duinhotel Tien Torens! The additional costs will be €15.50 per night. We allow one dog per lodge. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant from 7:00 am to 11:00 am due to the breakfast that is served at that time.
If you want to walk the dog, you can do so through the main entrance.

During your stay
Check in and check out
You can access your room after 15:00 pm.
We ask you to check out by 11:00 am. at the latest.
The tourist tax is €2,- per person per night (2022).
On the day of arrival you will receive an email from us with a link to our "Guestkey". This allows you to open the doors digitally with your smartphone. You will also find further information for during your stay here. And of course also access to our free Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant. For hotel guests breakfast is included. If you are staying in a Duinlodge Small, Duinlodge Large or Duinlodge Suite, you can come and have breakfast in the restaurant between 8:30 and 10:30 AM.
You will receive a daily changing and homemade breakfast which we serve at the table. If you have specific allergies or diet, please let us know in advance.
If you are staying in a Suite Royale or the Penthouse, we will make your stay extra special by serving you a home-cooked breakfast in the lodge. This is delivered between 8:30 and 9:00 AM.
If you prefer breakfast in your lodge or in the restaurant, this is of course possible. Then let us know in advance: email@example.com.
Family and children
Are you going on holiday with the family? Then book a Duinlodge suite for 4 people. In the other rooms it is also possible to place a baby cot at € 15,-. An extra bed is not possible.
From 8:00 am, our colleagues at the reception are ready to help you with all your questions! Do you have a question, remark or have you forgotten something? We will arrange it for you! Of course we can also be reached by phone: + 31 (0) 118 - 74 58 78 within the reception services. Afterwards and at night we can be reached in an emergency on a special number.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you are also welcome to contact us. If you have a problem or complaint, please let us know immediately so that we can still be of service to you during your stay.

For dinner, we would like to refer you to Bistro by Mezger, located in the Strandhotel Zoutelande. This bistro is located a 10-minute walk from our hotel. For the latest information, take a look here.
Your room is typically checked on a daily basis. But you can also tell us not to do so. When you check in, we will ask you if you would like to have your room cleaned daily. If you tell us not to do so, we will donate € 1.50 per day to our Tree Plan. Here you can read about this tree plan.
